Right Hand 1. Hold thumb, forefinger and middle finger of the right hand together. 2. Grasp the hook gently, with the hook just slightly beyond your fingertips. The end of the hook should come though the circle formed by your thumb and your forefinger. 3. Make sure the hook is turned slightly toward you. Left Hand 1. Hold thumb, forefinger and middle finger of the left hand together. 2. Grasp the hook gently, with the hook just slightly beyond your fingertips. Knife Method

Right Hand 1. Bring thumb forefinger and middle finger of the right hand together with your writing hand, leaving a space large enough to accommodate the hook. 2. Use your other hand to insert the hook in the space between your thumb, forefinger and middle finger, guiding the hook NOT through the circle formed by thumb and forefinger, but down toward the middle of your inner wrist. 3. Turn the hook toward you, facing downwards. Left Hand 1. Bring thumb, forefinger and middle finger of the left hand together with your writing hand, leaving a space large enough to accommodate the hook. 2. Use your other hand to insert the hook in the space between your thumb, forefinger and middle finger, guiding the hook NOT through the circle formed by thumb and forefinger, but down toward the middle of your inner wrist. 3.
